There   is   a   Solution

There is one big difference between people who are anxious and everyone else and it's simple. Those who suffer from anxiety are over-breathing. Simply stated, over-breathing is taking in more air than is needed and getting rid of too much carbon dioxide, an essential body gas.

In 1952, a Russian doctor made the connection between over-breathing and health problems including anxiety, stress and depression. He found that carbon dioxide opens up our blood vessels allowing more oxygen to flow to the brain which in turn slows our racing thoughts.  He also developed a method that reverses over-breathing by retraining the brain to breathe the way we did when we were a newborn.

And now this method has come to Central Oregon and is being taught by a certified practitioner.

Expected   Results

In as short as two or three weeks of applying this method, you will notice your mind clearing, you're sleeping better and you're managing stressful situations better. You'll soon find yourself controlling your thoughts rather than your thoughts controlling you.
